This listing is for a handmade, life size red fox art doll! This one-of-a-kind piece of art is a collaboration between myself (Melissa Mendelson Art) and She-Jackal Arts - She-Jackal created the skeleton and I sculpted the head, molded and casted it, painted it, and added fur. This fox is highly detailed with airbrushed details and several different faux furs that merge to create a highly realistic creature. The head is cast in resin, painted with lightfast high quality paints, and sealed with a scratch proof coating. The neck can be gently posed to look in most directions, and the rest of the doll is articulated to be floppy with a skeleton, so it stays in a lifelike position. It is satisfyingly heavy but not overly so - just heavy enough to emulate a real fox.
